1. Description of Service

ReceptionMonk is a cloud-based communication platform that enables businesses to manage voice (VoIP), OTP authentication, and customer communication workflows.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining account credentials
  • All activities under your account are your responsibility
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
  • Send unsolicited OTPs or communication without user consent
  • Engage in robocalling, phishing, or harassment
  • Misuse telecom infrastructure or violate TRAI regulations
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service

5. OTP & Communication Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining user consent before sending OTPs or calls
  • Ensuring lawful purpose of communication
  • Complying with TRAI regulations, IT Act 2000, and applicable telecom laws

6. Third-Party Dependencies

Our Service depends on telecom operators and infrastructure providers.

We are not liable for:

  • Call failures or delivery delays
  • Network outages
  • Regulatory restrictions imposed by telecom authorities

7. Subscription & Payments

  • $Certain features require paid subscriptions
  • $All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • $Pricing may change with prior notice

8. Data Ownership

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • You grant us a limited license to process data to provide the Service

9. Data Retention

  • OTPs are stored temporarily for security and verification purposes
  • Logs may be retained for fraud prevention and compliance

10. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may suspend services for:

  • Maintenance
  • Security issues
  • Legal compliance

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • !You violate these Terms
  • !Required by law or regulatory authority
  • !Your usage poses risk to infrastructure or other users

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify REAK INFOTECH LLP against claims arising from:

  • Misuse of the Service
  • Violation of telecom or IT laws
  • Unauthorized communications

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
